Rony Garcia will make his 10th start of the 2019 season for the Trenton Thunder and his 2nd against the Yard Goats. He last faced Hartford a month ago on 6/4 at Dunkin Donuts Park where he suffered a loss giving up 3 earned runs, all via the long ball. The Thunder are coming off a 9-3 loss on Wednesday against Portland.
This season the Thunder are 1-2 against Hartford and play their first series against them at home. Trenton pitchers have a combined ERA of 3.56 and have allowed 46 home runs in 688 1/3 innings pitched.
