    [RiverDogs Preview] Nick Green Looking To Rebound Against Drive

    The Charleston RiverDogs look to bounce back from a 1-0 shutout at the hands of the Greenville Drive. The Dogs face the Drive in game two of their four-game set at Joe Riley Park Friday at 7:05 PM. Nick Green (3-3, 3.40 ERA) takes the ball for Charleston while Bryan Mata makes a start for Greenville.

    Nick Green struggled his last time out going only two innings allowing five hits and four runs, all earned.

    The RiverDogs were shut out for the fourth time this season this season last night against Greenville.

    The bullpen continues their impressive work. David Sosebee came in last night and pitched three innings out in relief of Nick Nelson. He only gave up three hits and didn’t allow a run. Over the first 45 games, the bullpen has a 2.20 ERA while striking out 206 hitters in 180 innings pitched.
