Another sign that the regular season almost here. This Friday, March 16, will be the first day of minor league spring training games. Each of the Yankees four full-season teams will be in action with the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders and Trenton Thunder at home and the Charleston RiverDogs and the Tampa Tarpons on the road.
The teams are scheduled to play 12 games each during the final couple weeks of March with two scheduled camp days breaking up the seasons. The majority of Yankees prospects will be seeing their first game action at this time while many are going to be reassigned from big league camp.
