I’m not so amped to sign Maitan. Yes, he is only 17 but after seeing his SR on BA i would not over spent on this kid should, Otani not sign with us.
I believe the Yanks still have connections to a few of the top remaining IFA out there. If they do have hand shake agreements, the money i feel should go in that direction. Otani, Cabello would be awesome IMO.November 26, 2017 at 5:25 pm #26346

I’d like to see him, and I don’t think it would cost that much. The $200k buffer from MLB combined with the fact he keeps his old signing bonus would probably mean he signs for less than some are expecting.
