#1 Jake Cave
Cave, 24, had the most underrated season out of any Yankees prospect. The outfielder was outshined by more high-touted prospects like Clint Frazier, Estevan Florial, and others but put together his best season since being drafted in the sixth round of the 2011 MLB Draft. This season he hit .305/.351/.542 in 103 games between the Double-A Trenton Thunder and the Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders. He was tied with Mike Ford for the organizational lead in home runs with 20 as well as drove in 56 runs.
