CHARLESTON, SC – RiverDogs President and General Manager Dave Echols has announced that Bailey Linderman has joined the RiverDogs front office staff as the Riley Park Club Events Manager.
Linderman will manage the RiverDogs’ interests associated with the Riley Park Club’s events in her new role. Set to open in March, the year-round multi-purpose space will offer a venue for up to 300 guests with the flexibility to host weddings, high-end banquets, networking events, business meetings, and more.
“The launch of the Riley Park Club is the most significant undertaking in The Joe’s twenty year history, and Bailey is more than up to the task to handle the management of this one-of-a-kind ultra premium event space as we prepare to open in March,” said Echols. “Bailey brings a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry and is a great personality that we are happy to have join the front office staff.”
Linderman brings over five years of experience in the hospitality industry to the RiverDogs. The Greenville, SC native last worked as the Executive Meeting Manager at the North Charleston Marriott where the Clemson alum helped the venue transform from an unbranded hotel to a full service Marriott Modern, the first of its kind in South Carolina.
Designed by Charleston-based architectural firm LS3P in collaboration with BallparkDesignAssociates, the club level will be built by Mashburn Construction on the first base side of The Joe. The space will extend from the edge of the press box to the end of the grandstand bleachers. The club’s interior will feature lounge seating steeped in Lowcountry elegance, a drink rail overlooking the field of play, and 118 padded, stadium-style seats on the exterior. With breathtaking views of the Ashley River wetlands through floor-to-ceiling glass, the club level structure extends over the marsh to accentuate one of the best vistas in all of Charleston.
RiverDogs home games along with special events in the Club will feature signature items from a number of The Indigo Road’s restaurants, catered directly by Mercantile and Mash, including Oak Steakhouse and O-Ku sushi branded specialties with Linderman serving as the liaison between the club and its food and beverage partner.
