Florial, 19, began the season in the South Atlantic League where he hit .297/.373/.483 over 91 games for the Charleston RiverDogs. He earned a promotion to the Tampa Yankees of the Florida State League on August 1. With the T-Yanks he hit .303/.368/.461 over 19 games in the regular season. He followed that up hitting .400 in the post-season for Tampa before earning a call-up to Trenton.
In his first taste of Double-A, Florial would have just one hit in four at-bats for the Trenton Thunder in the Eastern League playoffs.
Adams, 23, is one of the organizations top pitching prospects and this past season he dominated with a 15-5 record, 2.45 ERA and 135 strikeouts in 150 1/3 innings between the Trenton Thunder and Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders. The converted reliever has continued to earn praise from his coaching staff and scouts while he works his way up the farm system. There is no doubt that he will see time in the big leagues in 2018.
